Visit family who live far

You probably have members of your family who live in other parts of the country. You like to keep in touch and visit every once in a while. You can do this without any inconvenience to them if you arrive in your RV. It's great for kids to get to know their aunts and uncles, or cousins of their own age. Or take that trip right across the country to visit your favorite brother – park in his driveway – and hang out together, just like old times.
Call on some of your old school friends
Drop in on friends you haven't seen for a long time. Maybe they moved to a different part of the country, so it is difficult to get together. Don't worry about them not being able to put you up at short notice, because when you arrive in your RV, you have your own accommodation with you. So relax, and reminisce over old times together.
When family or friends visit, you have a spare room
Not everyone has a spare bedroom for visitors. But when that favorite aunt and uncle come to town, you can set up the RV and use the extra sleeping accommodation there, so that everyone is not tripping over each other in your small place. In fact, you can even invite some of your old school chums for a visit, knowing that you have a place to put them up for the night. Organize your own little reunion.
Maybe you are planning a big party!
Do you have a big anniversary coming up? Or do you want to invite lots of friends for a special celebration? Some may have a long drive home, but they will enjoy the party twice as much, if they know they can stay late and have a place to sleep, rather than make the long trip home when they are tired. With an RV in your driveway, you have all those extra spare beds. So, everyone can party till the wee small hours.
The children can visit Grandma more often
Just because your job took you to another city, it is a pity to have such short flying visits to see grandma. She may not have room to put you up, but with an RV you can visit for the whole weekend. Grandma gets to make those special cakes only she can make, and see more of her grandchildren. And you can spend time together with your mother while the kids play in the park, or watch a movie in the RV.
